Welcome to Pepglow. By downloading, accessing, or using the Pepglow mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
IMPORTANT: Pepglow is an educational tracking and self-organization utility. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical dosing recommendations, or pharmacy services. The estimations, blood level charts, and site rotation logs are educational projections and should not replace professional medical guidelines. Always consult a qualified clinician before starting, ending, or altering any medication protocol.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Pepglow. The application is intended for self-tracking purposes. You agree not to use the application for any illegal, dangerous, or unauthorized tracking activities.
Pepglow offers premium subscription options ("Pepglow Pro") as auto-renewable purchases through Apple In-App Purchases (StoreKit). Subscriptions are processed and managed by RevenueCat. Price points and billing schedules (weekly/yearly) are detailed on the purchase screen and cleared through your Apple account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time within your Apple App Store Account Settings.
Pepglow is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, availability, reliability, or security of the application or the data estimations presented. Your use of the application is at your own sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pepglow and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from or related to your use of the application, including but not limited to any medical complications, dosing errors, data loss, or system issues.
Your license to use Pepglow is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) accessible on Apple's App Store, unless a separate custom agreement is explicitly provided by the developer.
